Knowledge of Adobe suite, Content Management Systems, and W3C Web standards. Four (4) years' work experience as a website manager or similar role on a marketing team is required. 
BA/BS degree in Management, Marketing, Computer Science or relevant field is required, four (4) years' experience accepted in lieu of education requirement.

Responsible for communicating problems in operations, noncompliance with the code of conduct, noncompliance with laws and regulations, policy violations, or illegal acts. Responsible for understanding and complying with all laws and regulations to which the Bank is subject. Responsible for complying with all of the Bank's internal control policies and procedures. Keeps up-to-date with industry best practices and monitor competitor websites. Collaborates with staff and management to ensure that the websites align with brand strategy and meet the Bank's standards. Performs tests and improve the user experience of the websites regularly. Works with the Content Manager to create appropriate website content aligned with the organization's strategy. Conducts content audits to eliminate redundant and/or duplicate information. Updates content, HTML, CSS and JavaScript regularly. This position also manages the Bank's content management systems (CMS) and be comfortable troubleshooting the website, microsites and landing pages, while constantly improving the user experience. Specialist position works closely with marketing managers, cross-functional product teams and IT/Dev teams.
